This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of the BLUECORE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Services, including our AI ad creative generation, personalized recommendation, and self-media matrix marketing capabilities. It supplements our Terms of Service and any applicable order forms.

1. Lawful Use

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Services, including consumer protection, advertising, intellectual property, data protection, and content laws. You are also responsible for complying with the policies of any third-party platform used to distribute Generated Output (including TikTok, YouTube, and other ad networks).

2. Prohibited Content

You must not use the Services to generate, distribute, or promote content that:

• Contains child sexual abuse material or exploits minors in any way.
• Promotes terrorism, violence, or credible threats against individuals or groups.
• Incites hatred or discrimination on the basis of protected characteristics.
• Includes non-consensual intimate imagery or facilitates harassment or doxxing.
• Is deceptive, fraudulent, or intended to defraud consumers, advertisers, or platforms.
• Impersonates real individuals or organizations without clear authorization.
• Promotes illegal goods or services, or regulated products in jurisdictions where prohibited.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or other proprietary rights of third parties.

3. Prohibited Behaviour

You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services or extract our models.
• Bypass authentication, rate limits, or other technical protections.
• Use the Services to build a competing AI creative, recommendation, or account-matrix product.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools in a manner that impairs platform integrity.
• Engage in click fraud, impression fraud, incentivized traffic, or other artificial engagement.
• Manipulate platforms in ways that violate their community guidelines or advertising policies.
• Upload material that contains malware, exploits, or is designed to disrupt any system.

4. Data and Privacy

• Only provide personal data for which you have a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
• Do not use the Services to profile individuals in ways that violate applicable data protection law.
• Do not attempt to re-identify anonymized or aggregated data.
• Promptly notify us of any suspected data incident affecting the Services.

5. AI Content Standards

When using AI-generated creative in your campaigns, you must:

• Review and approve output before publication and correct factual inaccuracies.
• Disclose the use of AI-generated content where required by applicable law or platform policy.
• Refrain from generating misleading deepfakes or synthetic representations of real people without consent.
• Ensure that voice-overs, music, and stock elements used in remixes are properly licensed.

6. Self-Media and Account Matrix Operations

When we operate branded accounts on your behalf, both parties agree to follow each platform's terms of service, including rules on multi-account operation, disclosure, community standards, and monetization eligibility. You must promptly disclose any change in ownership or authorization status of accounts under management.

7. Reporting Abuse

To report a suspected violation of this AUP, or content generated with our Services that appears to violate law or the rights of others, please contact [email protected] with a description of the issue and any supporting evidence. We investigate credible reports and act promptly.

8. Enforcement

BLUECORE may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, suspending features, terminating access, removing content, and reporting to authorities. We may cooperate with law enforcement and platform providers as required by law.

9. Updates

This AUP may be updated to reflect changes in law, platform requirements, or our Services. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
